"Sando" is a shortened form of "sandwich" in Japanese. At KK we use shokupan, a type of Japanese white bread known for its soft texture and slightly sweet flavor. Shokupan is sliced into thick pieces, which adds to the sandwich's fluffy, pillowy quality.
